That question has become the foundation of the Human Choice™ Theory—an evolving body of research exploring how human impressions become human relationships, and how those relationships shape business, leadership, communication, artificial intelligence, and organizational success.

Over the past twenty-seven years, Ali has advised thousands of founders, executives, nonprofits, and organizations while speaking internationally on leadership, branding, communication, entrepreneurship, and the future of human relationships.
Her research draws from neuroscience, psychology, organizational behavior, communication, branding, entrepreneurship, and decades of real-world observation.
Ali is also the founder of Neuroiety®, the applied strategy and creative studio that brings the Human Choice™ Theory to life, and Victor + Valor®, a national nonprofit accelerating veteran and military-connected entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, and world-class creative support.
